These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of mindflowautomation.com and to services provided by MindFlow Automation (“MindFlow”, “we”, “us”). If you sign a proposal, order form or service agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these Terms.
We provide customized, fully managed AI growth services, including MindFlow Reach (customer acquisition, local visibility, creative and campaigns), MindFlow Connect (AI voice and messaging, lead response, booking and follow-up), MindFlow Operations (workflow automation and integrations), custom solutions, the MindFlow One app and the optional paid MindFlow Pulse add-on, together with support from our specialists. The scope, channels, integrations and usage allowances for your business are set out in your proposal or agreement.
Product screens, numbers and examples on this website are illustrative and for general information. Features of MindFlow One and MindFlow Pulse depend on your configured account and connected channels. Planned features are not promised until they are included in your agreement.
Proof deployments are application-based and available to qualified businesses only. Before a proof begins, we agree in writing on a measurable Proof Goal, the limited scope and usage, and the ongoing price if you activate. A proof lasts up to 30 days or until the agreed Proof Goal, whichever comes first.
For an approved proof, there is no upfront agency fee and MindFlow funds the approved proof costs within the agreed scope and usage limits. Additional resources require approval, and advertising budgets are not included. A Proof Goal is a measurable test, not a guarantee of sales, revenue or other business results. There is no automatic activation or billing at the end of the proof.
Fees, usage allowances and any extra usage rates are agreed before your proof begins. Additional implementation costs, where applicable, are disclosed before agreement. Third-party costs, such as advertising budgets, are agreed with you in advance. Billing begins only after your explicit decision to activate.
After activation, services are billed at the ongoing price agreed before implementation. The billing period, notice and cancellation terms are set out in your agreement.

AI systems can make mistakes. Our systems handle inquiries, intake, scheduling, follow-up, routine workflows and business summaries. They are not designed to give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and they hand conversations to your team when a person is needed. Pulse insights and recommendations are guidance to review with people, not instructions. You remain responsible for the decisions and services of your business.
Your business data, customer records, accounts and listings remain yours. We keep ownership of our software, apps, methods, templates and know-how. Content we create specifically for your business may be used by you as set out in your agreement.
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, misleading or harmful activity, to send messages without the required consent, or to interfere with our systems.
Except as stated in your agreement, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee any particular sales, revenue, rankings or other results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Changes do not affect a signed agreement unless that agreement says so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MindFlow Automation is organized and by applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
