No. We first review technical feasibility, expected proof costs, the proposed scope and whether an appropriate measurable goal can be agreed.
Approved proofs last a maximum of 30 days or until the agreed Proof Goal is reached, whichever comes first. Usage and scope limits also apply.
The solution is not automatically activated or billed. We review the result according to the agreed proof terms and determine whether any further work is appropriate.
Standard implementations generally have no setup fee. Complex custom integrations may carry disclosed post-activation implementation fees. Paid advertising budgets are not automatically included in proof deployments.
No. MindFlow manages the agreed implementation, support and ongoing optimization. You’ll remain involved in relevant business decisions and approvals.
You retain ownership of your business data, customer records, domains, phone numbers and accounts you own, subject to the service agreement. MindFlow retains its reusable proprietary templates, architecture and methods.
